The userscripts on this page require a
userscript manager to be installed first.
Tampermonkey is the most popular
userscript manager, with over 10 million users.
It's available for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera Next
and Firefox.
Violentmonkey is an open source
alternative to Tampermonkey.
It supports a lot of browsers, including: Chrome and all
Chromium based browsers,
Opera (both Presto- and Chromium-based Opera), Maxthon and
Firefox.
This script allows the user to switch
between themes, change icons, font size and font colour.
It includes the post hiding and gender/diagnosis scripts
below, and contains many forum bug fixes.
Once installed all options are integrated into the User
Control Panel under Look & Feel.
This script is available as a
userscript or as a Chrome extension.
The userscript requires a script manager to be installed
first.
Installation of the userscript on Chrome based browsers
Chrome based browsers load the style
sheet late and there is a brief
flash of the existing theme.
This can be overcome by using the Tampermonkey script manager.
Once installed open the Tampermonkey settings:
Installation of the extension on Chrome based browsers
As the Chrome extension doesn't require
a script manager, it should consume
less memory and cpu usage, and as such it is recommended
that the extension
should be used over the userscript version for Chrome based
browsers.
To install the extension in Chrome.
Click on the 3 dots
to the right of the address bar, then click on More Tools/Extensions.
Or you can copy the direct link for the extensions page of
the browser
you are using from the text box below and paste it in the
address bar.
To install the
Userscript, first install Kiwi browser from the Google Play store.
Then Install Tampermonkey script manager and set
Tampermonkey to inject scripts
instantly as instructed above. Now click on the install
script link above.
As Kiwi browser is Chrome based, it is recommended that you install the Chrome extension.
To install the
Chrome extension to an Android device, first install Kiwi Browser
from the Google Play store.
Then download the extension and you will be
greeted with the following message:
Click on Download anyway.
Now go to the extensions page and load
the downloaded extension by clicking
on the following button: then browse to the download
folder and install the extension.
Once installed the extension needs to be turned on by sliding on the button in the right hand corner of the extension:
